The Nativity in the Gathering space of Sacred Heart Chapel
One very beautiful tradition of the Mount Saint Benedict community is the Christmas Eve blessing of the Nativity. The prayer service is very meaningful, with the blessing of both the Nativity and the community and the harmonic singing of Silent Night. Our Nativity includes all of God’s creatures, including birds, dogs, kittens and bunnies!
