We, the Sisters of Saint Benedict, Crookston, Minnesota, are monastic women committed to living the Gospel and the Rule of Benedict. We strive for awareness of God through prayer, service, and reverence for all creation in a spirit of peace and joy.

I theorize that Catholic parishes could host general education classes including information about how to deliver a baby in an emergency, how to use a gun safety switch, how to triage injured people, how to recycle electronics/lightbulbs/carpet/cloth/etc, and other topics. Also, I theorize that parishes could host prayer groups with discussion about the moral virtues displayed within the stories of saints' lives. The prayer group could begin with a prayer, read a handout with a short description of a different saint's life story weekly and discuss virtues displayed by the saint's actions, and end with a rosary
